Custom Bracelets Manufacturer for Brands
Retailers & Wholesalers
Our bracelet manufacturing capabilities cover classic and trend-led categories including tennis bracelets, charm bracelets, chain and link bracelets, bangles, cuffs, personalized styles, and men's or unisex designs. Depending on your collection, we can develop bracelets in 925 sterling silver, gold, brass, copper, stainless steel, and other suitable jewelry materials, with cubic zirconia, moissanite, lab-grown gemstones, lab-grown diamonds, pearls, or other stones specified for the design.
For wholesale bracelet programs, the goal is not simply to make one attractive sample. The real challenge is to reproduce the approved design consistently across a production batch. Our team reviews structure, wrist fit, clasp security, stone layout, plating coverage, polish, branding details, and packaging requirements before mass production. Whether you are testing a small collection or preparing a larger seasonal launch, we help you move from concept to market with a practical, transparent manufacturing workflow.

Approve the Product Before Mass Production
Tennis bracelets are one of the most important categories for fine and premium fashion collections. We can develop classic single-row layouts as well as graduated, multi-row, bezel-set, prong-set, or mixed-shape designs. Stone size, bracelet length, link articulation, setting height, back structure, clasp style, and safety mechanism can all be engineered around your brief. Programs can be developed with cubic zirconia, moissanite, lab-grown gemstones, or lab-grown diamonds depending on your target retail positioning.
Materials & Finishes for Custom Bracelets
The right material shapes how a bracelet looks, feels, and wears — and how flexibly your collection can grow. In 925 sterling silver, we craft delicate chains, charm styles, tennis bracelets, bangles, cuffs, and stone-set designs in high-polish, matte, oxidized, rhodium, yellow-gold, or rose-gold finishes. It's the ideal base for brands building a precious-metal story across a broad range of styles.
Solid gold is available in the karat your design and market require — a natural fit for fine-jewelry tennis bracelets, gemstone pieces, heirloom-inspired, bridal, and premium private-label lines. Brass and copper keep detailed shapes and plating options accessible for fashion collections. Stainless steel brings strength and clean geometry to contemporary designs.
Choose from cubic zirconia for accessible sparkle, moissanite for high brilliance, lab-grown gemstones for color-led collections, and lab-grown diamonds for premium tennis and fine-jewelry pieces — with pearls and other accents available on request. Stone shape, size, color, and setting are confirmed before sampling, so the final look stays aligned with your commercial goals.
Finish defines the feel of a piece: high polish, satin or brushed texture, matte, antiquing, laser texture, enamel details, and multi-tone plating. We lock in the final standard during sampling — so color, wear, and quality are agreed before production, never left as an afterthought.
Jewelry Design Review
Send sketches, reference photos, drawings, existing samples or concepts. We review structure, dimensions, stone placement, finishing and manufacturability before development begins.
Jewelry CAD Design
Our jewelry CAD design and 3D modeling service helps refine proportions, wall thickness, prongs, stone seats, connection points and component relationships before sample making.
Prototype & Sample Making
A custom jewelry prototype lets you evaluate scale, comfort, weight, finishing, stone appearance and handling before committing to bulk production. Approved samples provide a practical reference for repeat orders.
From CAD Design to Mass Production: Our Bracelet Manufacturing Process
1. Design brief and feasibility review
Send your sketch, reference images, CAD files, size requirements, target material, stone preference, finish, quantity, and target market. Our team reviews the concept for manufacturability and identifies details that may affect durability, assembly, cost, or production consistency. When necessary, we recommend structural adjustments before tooling or sampling begins.
2. CAD development and technical confirmation
For custom designs, the concept is translated into a precise 3D model. This stage defines dimensions, wall thickness, stone seats, link articulation, clasp geometry, engraving areas, and other production-critical details. CAD review is especially important for tennis bracelets, hinged bangles, cuffs with controlled openings, and chain structures that need smooth movement without excessive gaps.
3. Prototype and sample making
A physical sample allows you to evaluate more than a render can show. We check scale, wrist fit, balance, comfort, stone appearance, clasp operation, logo visibility, surface finish, and overall commercial feel. Your feedback is incorporated before the mass-production standard is confirmed. Sampling is also the right stage to compare plating tones, stone colors, or packaging directions when a collection has multiple options.
4. Production and assembly
Depending on the design, production may involve casting, CNC or other precision processes, component preparation, soldering or assembly, chain work, stone setting, engraving, polishing, cleaning, and plating. The sequence matters: a bracelet with moving links and a stone-set centerpiece requires different handling from a rigid bangle or a simple engraved chain bracelet. Our production planning follows the approved construction rather than a one-process-fits-all method.
5. Polishing, plating, and finishing control
Metal surfaces are refined to remove production marks and achieve the approved level of shine or texture. Plating is carried out according to the selected color and specification. Areas around clasps, hinges, stones, recesses, and link joints receive particular attention because inconsistent coverage in these zones can become visible after wear.
6. Quality inspection and packing
Before shipment, bracelets are checked against the approved sample and order specification. Inspection points may include dimensions, weight tolerance where specified, clasp security, link movement, stone setting, stone color consistency, surface defects, plating appearance, engraving, logo placement, and packaging accuracy. Finished goods are then separated and packed according to the agreed SKU and shipping requirements.
Wholesale Bracelets, OEM/ODM & Private Label Programs
Different buyers need different development paths. A retailer may want to customize an existing direction quickly, while a design-led brand may require a completely original bracelet from sketch to finished product. A distributor may prioritize stable repeat production across many SKUs, and a startup may need a smaller initial quantity to validate demand before scaling. Our OEM and ODM bracelet services are structured to support these sourcing models.
OEM
Your design, engineered and manufactured to an approved production standard.
ODM
Collaborative collection development based on your audience, price position and brand direction.
Private Label
Product, logo, tags and packaging coordinated as one branded program.
